The Health Service Trade Union Collective they will commence a trade union action tomorrow at all the state hospitals Island wide.
Government Nursing Officers Association (GNOA) President Saman Rathnapriya the strike will be commenced from 7.00 am to 12.00 noon tomorrow.
Rathnapriya said they decided to go for the trade union action as the government has failed to provide solutions for several demands of them.
Accordingly, over 100,000 health employees such as nurses, Paramedical Services, Professions Supplementary to Medicine, drivers and junior staff will join the strike.
