Sri Lanka has appointed a seven member committee to explore the possibility of granting 5 years leave to Government employees to work in the private sector in Sri Lanka.
Secretary to the Ministry of Public Administration & Home Affairs M. M. P. K. Mayadunne told News 1st that the committee will explore the possibility of allowing public sector employees to work in the Private Sector for five years, as No-Pay Leave.
The report to be submitted to the cabinet in two weeks.
