UNP Leader Ranil Wickremesinghe today (5) requested a parliamentary debate over the conduct of rice mill owners in the country.
Speaking in Parliament Wickremesinghe again questioned the government who really govern the country, the Cabinet or the rice mill owners.
“The government should respond to this. The people are questioning whether the rice mill owners are governing the country now,” he stressed.
